-Some groups prefer short, focused day tours only. These are the easiest and fastest to plan, sell and operate, and they cost less than multiple day tours.

-Do your travelers like to get an early start?
-Do you like to travel long distances in a single day?
-Would you consider traveling through the night to reduce the length of your tour?
Does your group prefer a structured or free-form day?
-On some days of your tour you may prefer a highly structured plan to maximize sightseeing, leisure or learning in one day.
-Other days can include more free time to allow travelers to create their own individual experiences
How far can your group comfortably walk?
-Walking can be minimized or maximized as you wish
-Younger travelers can usually walk longer distances than seniors
-Certain attractions or experiences require extended walking
When does your group like to travel?
-Ask your group when their schedules and preferences permit them to travel
-Special events require that your group travel at certain times
-Some hotel rates are lower in “shoulder” or “off peak” periods. Ask us for details
How important is price?
-If you know your budget, advise your tour planner when first discussing your tour
-Although travel costs are increasing generally, an attractive, fun tour can be planned on any budget!
